**Order Processing**

All orders are processed within two (2) business days. Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

**Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on unforeseen factors. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

**Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking**

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within two (2) business days or sooner, as in some cases the carrier might take extra time to scan the package into their system depending on volume. 

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**

Lasertana is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**Damages**

Lasertana is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

**International Shipping Policy**

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

**Changes to Shipping Policy**

Lasertana reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
