As the majority of our products are custom engraved, we typically do not offer refunds on personalized items. We take great care in ensuring that each product meets our high-quality standards, and the personalized nature of our products makes it challenging to resell them. Therefore, all sales of personalized items are final, and we encourage customers to carefully review the personalization details before placing an order.


**Replacements**

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or lost during transit, we will gladly provide a replacement for the affected item(s). To initiate a replacement, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the damaged item. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to help us improve our packaging and shipping processes. Once we verify the issue, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.


**Stolen Items**

Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for items that are stolen after delivery. We recommend providing a secure delivery location to minimize the risk of theft. Additionally, if you have concerns about the safety of your delivery location, please consider leaving a note with your order when checking out requesting a signature requirement for the delivery of your order.
